Features of suspended platform ZLP800

1). Suspended working platform: The whole working platform includes side rails and the bottom rail 

painting steel, the end stirrup on two sides can be painted steel with different colors.

2). The working platform is 7.5 or 6 meters.

3). There are four bottom wheels for the suspended platform, to move quickly and fast.

4). Also It can be with wall castors to protect the curtain wall.

5). The hoist motor is 1.8kw*2

The rooftop installation of the suspended platform

There are two methods of roof top installation for buildings.

One method is a suspension mechanism with counterweight. The suspension mechanism is galvanized

steel and counter weight can be cement.

Another type is to use a parapet clamp. It can be customized as per the building wall—no need to use counterweight if fixing the parapet clamp.

The suspended working platform

The working platform can be painting steel, galvanized steel and aluminum, and the end

stirrup is galvanized steel, or painted steel with different colors as per the customer's requirements.

The standard working platform is 6m and 7.5m, it is the modular system of 1m, 1.5m, 2m, and 2.5m

and 3m.

Some customers need it only 2 meters or 3 meters long with a wire winder. So we can make it as

per different requirements.

The most important three parts of the suspended platform

The hoist motor, safety lock, and control panel is the three most important parts for the suspended platform.

Normally, these three parts are delivered together with the platform. And some customers, they

can make the suspended working platform by themselves, and only buy a hoist motor, safety lock, and control

panel from us.
